Cuba and China explore more business opportunties

The session was attended by over 50 Cuban and 100 Chinese entrepreneurs in different economic sectors, such as tourism, fishing, transport and others. The meeting took place in the context of the Guangdong International Trade Fair, held in the southern city of Guangzhou, PL reported.
The Cuban delegation was headed by the Cuban Minister of the Metal Industry Fernando Acosta, the president of the Cuban section of the Entrepreneurial Committee Pedro Alvarez and the Cuban ambassador to China Carlos Miguel Pereira.
The vice president of the Chinese Council for the Promotion of International Trade Yu Ping and the president of that council in the province of Guangdong, Ye Yao headed their country?s delegation to the joint commission.
During the meeting, both delegations presented their countries? business opportunities in several economic sectors. The Chinese representatives made a presentation on business potential of the Guangong province, a territory with a very dynamic economy and with the highest growth indicators in the Asian country.
