The Cuban Day of Culture nationally recognizes the creation of the Cuban National Anthem 138 years ago.

The digital interactive forum is called "Nationalities and nations facing the persistence of terrorism and globalization" and counts with the participation of people from all over the world with opinions on this and other related topics.

The forum will be live on October 19 during a meeting in the historic city capital of Granma Province with intellectuals attending the 13th Cuban Fiesta, which always hosts interesting debates on the most diverse topics.
