The Sierra Maestra Hotel, in the eastern Cuban province of Granma, is characterized by great efficiency to manage the establishment's activities.
The hotel was reopened in 2001, after undergoing renovation works and being acquired by the international group Cubanacán.
The establishment has improved direct exchange with local travel agencies, including Agencia de Viajes Cubanacán, in order to promote its new image.
At present, the hotel is being run by the Cuban chain Islazul, said the sources, adding that economic results depend now on the efficiency and high quality of services.
