The Republic of Ireland remain in 48th in the latest FIFA World Rankings behind nations such as Cuba and Uzbekistan.
Northern Ireland have dropped three places and are now in 49th place Euro 2008 qualifying Group D opponents Wales are 73rd. Scotland are up to 24th while England are ranked fifth.
Brazil are still ranked as the best team in the world with World Champions Italy second.
