The firm's manager Carlos Rovelli and its representative here, Cuban engineer Eduardo Gonzlez, assured it requires a very meticulous work to give the old squares a particular glow.
The Italian company was an exhibitor at the 24th International Havana Trade Fair closed on Saturday as part of over one thousand firms of 48 countries.
The company does business with Cuba for 20 years, and participates with the Cuban Electric Union in improving the power distribution system with high quality devices.
They have already distributed two million magnetic modular switches, more known as "breakers" for this country's houses. Another novelty is that the company donated the lighting for the Havana Capitol.
C.R. Technologic System produces its lighting material in Lodi, Italy and has its headquarters in Rome, with an engineering firm. It has a subsidiary in Shangai, China, where they manufacture three lines of products.
All the products sold in Cuba are certified by the Electric Union and authorized to work in the country complying with local and international standards.
They are currently making the necessary lights in China to be installed in the Cathedral Square and the Old Square in the historic center of Havana.
Company executives expect that those lights will be ready by the end of the year.
The switches produced by C.R. Technology System have an inter phase device to turn on the electric generating groups in the national energy grid.
C.R. Technology System has offices in Venezuela, Panama and Mexico, besides Cuba and China, and its clients appreciate the quality of their products, experts said.
