Bolivian President Evo Morales will start a tour on November 26 that will take him to Netherlands, Nigeria and Cuba, according to a release from the Foreign Affairs Ministry published in this capital Thursday.

The first stop on the tour is Amsterdam, where Morales is expected to meet with Dutch authorities.

According to Foreign Minister David Choquehuanca, the statesman s agenda in Nigeria includes the Summit of Latin American and African Presidents slated for November 30 to December 1 and meetings with representatives from South Africa and Algeria.

Choquehuanca stated that Morales is predicted to visit Cuba on December 1, to participate on December 2 in the celebration of President Fidel Castro s 80th birthday, postponed in August for reasons of health.

Since the tour will last over five days, Morales s trip must be approved in the Senate, whose sessions are stagnated due to an opposition boycott.
