St. Vincents Prime Minister to remain in Cuba for treatment

The Vincentian leader went to Cuba after his accident for medical treatment - he had surgery there and is said to be recuperating well.
Acting Prime Minister Louis Straker said he expects Dr. Gonsalves back home by the weekend.
