The Pastors for Peace Caravan to Cuba will be reaching El Paso, Texas, on June 27, this Friday, from where the two buses will cross into Mexico.
The buses, one from the west coast, and the other one from New Mexico, are loaded with medical and school supplies to Cuba donated by groups across the US and Canada.
A pot luck supper and talks by last year's caravanistas will take place on Friday, June 27th at a Unitarian Universalist Church in El Paso. Nita Palmar will share her experience as a former participant in the Pastors for Peace Caravan last year.
