A multimedia titled Confluencias inside was presented at the Cetros Hall of the Melia Cohiba Hotel. It is a production of Juan Delgado Calzadilla, with 80 works of 26 Cuban artists and with the collaboration of the National Council of Plastic Arts.
International famous names, such as Roberto Fabelo, Nelson Domínguez, Alexis Leyva (Kcho) Zaida del Río, Flora Fong, Manuel Mendive, Pedro Pablo Oliva, Eduardo Roca (Choco), Alfredo Sosabravo, Belkis Ayón and Ernesto Ran joins new values who already deserve public and critic recognition.
These DVD´s will be donated to every school in the country and has been a great success in Mexico , where it has been presented in collective exhibitions during the last three years in museums and galleries of four states of that country (Michoacán, Toluca , Guadalajara and Guanajuato).
That tour will continue in September to Mexicalli and by the end of the year it is expected another opening in Ensenada state. The repercussion of this cultural product has been translated in different projects of the artists and curators who are included in this DVD, who have joined specialists and painters of that country in a number of initiatives that have transcended in the panorama of the Aztec visual arts.
