The outstanding work of employees of the House of Partagas cigars made 2011 concluded last 2 million with earnings of $ 300,000, keeping the company among the best in the world.
Abel Exposito Diaz, director of the premises belonging to Grupo Empresarial SA Caracol mall, told reporters that the effort, dedication and work of the small cohesive group allowed to increase sales, an increase over the $ 300 000 over 2010.
That amount, he said, represents a modest contribution to the revitalization and launch of the Cuban economy, committed to increasing foreign exchange inflows into the country fresh and break the blockade imposed by the United States more than five decades.
The commercialization of the best and most famous cigar brands in the market of the world outside, and holding twice-yearly meetings of international clients and friends of the Casa Partagas, contributed revenues amounting to $ 47 million since its founding in 1991, meant the manager.
Exposito Diaz said that since these events began to date the establishment has given the health system more than $ 328 000 (pesos convertibles), mainly to the fight against cancer.

The store of the Royal Partagas Factory was the first in the island to have a Casa del Habano, given the professionalism of its workers and the international recognition
