Noel meandering near the north coast of Cuba.
At 200 pm edt the center of tropical storm Noel was located near latitude 22.6 north longitude 78.8 west or about 190 miles-305 km south-southwest of Nassau. This position is just off the north coast of Cuba near Cayo Santa Maria.

The United Nations General Assembly today overwhelmingly condemned the US economic, financial and commercial blockade of Cuba, after voting the islands resolution against the US unilateral measure with 184 votes in favour, one abstention and only 4 votes against.

Lyrical November at the Great Theater of Havana.

Flower Therapy: an approach to the "art of healing"
This therapy was accepted by the World Health Organization in 1996 and in Cuba it was incorporated to the health system in 1999, spreading its use all around the country, along with the training of floral therapists duly qualified to use it adequately.
