Nicaragua, Cuba restore diplomatic relations
Nicaragua and Cuba officially restored their diplomatic relations on Tuesday. Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega accepted the credentials from new Cuban Ambassador Luis Hernandez Ojeda, marking the formal restoration of the ties between the two countries.
